Hulu Ripped Out of Rippol

Unfortunately only about an hour after we launched we got an email from Hulu saying that even though there are several sites on the Internet embedding Hulu video Rippol isn’t allowed to embed Hulu video. It’s too bad that Hulu, a site we like, would treat a little startup like Rippol this way.

Rippol Private Beta Launch!!!

Look out world here we are! After almost 10 months of coding non stop we did a private beta trial of Rippol the Internets first personalized social video discovery engine. We private launched via Techcrunch with some of the main features pulled out. People seemed to really enjoy the site and we got some great feedback on how to improve what we have.
